Some people get more emotionally attached to their ships and headcanons and fictional characters than they do on real people, and that’s why they get jealous or angry about those things some people get jealous or angry about real people?

That could be it, for sure. I’m trying my best to understand, but… I just.. can’t. Everyone is entitled to emotions and opinions, but these emotions sometimes lead to unnecessary and inexcusable idiocy.

Doesn’t every emotion? I, for example, get upset of things that disturb me, no matter if they are about fictional characters or real people and yes, sometimes I even get angry, but that’s always temporary, it rarely affects my life that much and I keep those feelings to myself (= I don’t shove my opinions to other people’s faces). Alright, I talk about them with Miki but it doesn’t harm anyone.
